Ballet

Ballet classes for children 4+ and adults. All classes are taught by the Vaganova system, one of the most effective and well-known in the whole world, which includes courses of preparation, semi-professional and professional direction. 

Body Ballet

Body Ballet is a class full of intense exercises that include legs, abs, arms, and spine. It's a class that helps you reshape and build your body like a dancer with long and thin muscles.

Streching

    Stretching class is all about stretching your core in a relaxing atmosphere. In this class we stretch all the muscles of our body, starting from the head to the toes. Some benefits of stretching are improving your performance in physical activities, decreasing your risk of injuries, and improving your ability to do your daily activities.

Barre

Barre is a full-body workout that focuses on proper form, alignment, and posture while increasing strength, muscle tone, and stamina. The ballet barre is used as a stability device allowing you to get deeper into the exercises. Props such as hand weights, bands, and balls also help take the movements to the next level.

Par terre

Par Terre is a special set of exercises for detailed activation of the legs, abs, and back muscles, including both strength & stretching elements. It helps to prepare the body for ballet classes, and recommended for the acquaintance with the ballet. At the same time, it is also a classical dance lesson, only performed on the floor without the unnecessary load on the spine.

Varations 

Classical repertoire lessons based on all of the famous ballet performances, such as the Swan Lake, Esmeralda, etc.

Contemporary

Contemporary dance embodies ballet, modern, jazz, and lyrical. It tends to combine the strong but controlled legwork of ballet with modern.  It also employs contract and release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation characteristics of modern dance.
